Beats Electronics, LLC is a subsidiary of Apple Inc.
The following is a non-exhaustive list of Beats Electronics, LLC’s trademarks and service marks.
A trademark can be a word, phrase, symbol, or design that distinguishes the source of the goods or services. Remember that trademarks are adjectives, therefore they should be followed by a generic term (e.g., headphone, earphone, speaker) and they should not be made into verbs or made plural or possessive.
When referring to versions of a Beats product, the relevant number or symbol should be in superscript. For example, Powerbeats2 Wireless, Beats Pill+.
All printed material must include a copyright notice and credit notices listing the Beats’ trademarks mentioned therein. When using Beats’ marks in publications that will be distributed only in the United States, include the appropriate ℠, ™, or ® symbol on first use. For publications that will be distributed outside the United States, do not include trademark symbols. Instead, use the appropriate trademark attribution notice. For example, “Copyright © 2021 Apple Inc. All rights reserved. Beats, the b logo, and Beats Pill+ are trademarks of Beats Electronics, LLC., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions.”
For more information about how to use trademarks, refer here or contact Apple’s Trademark & Copyright Team.
The absence of a product or service name or logo from this list does not constitute a waiver of Beats’ trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo.
